How long will it take to receive my money back?
Once your item has been shipped back please allow up to 7-10 business days (usually sooner) to receive your money order in the mail.
What if I want to cancel an order that has not been shipped?
If you would like to cancel an order that has not been shipped please contact us immediately to cancel. A 5% charge will apply due to fees we have to pay in order to process the order.
